At Argent Silversmith, we want you to treasure your handcrafted jewelry for a lifetime, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn, original condition pieces. Please note that custom engravings and bespoke commissions are final sale due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Argent Silversmith gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
